Pack Your Item
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories that were included with the product.
Attach Return Label
Locate the SmartLabel included on your original packing slip and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized United States Postal Service (USPS) location or place it in your mailbox for your postal carrier to collect.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
